The theme already puts a "View personalisation" pill on every bag line that has properties and opens a panel inside the cart drawer (#vp-modal) listing them. The ARC tile-by-tile list is stored as hidden properties (underscore-prefixed, so the checkout stays clean) which that panel skips. This adds the tiles to the panel, in its own row style, when it opens for an ARC tiles line. No buttons or panels of its own. -->
