Shipping policy

We pack orders Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Dispatch times (this is how long it takes us to get your order out the door):

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express): dispatch in 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: dispatch in 3–7 working days
  • Evri Tracked: dispatch in 3–7 working days

Delivery time starts after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked services aim to deliver within their stated timeframe but this isn’t guaranteed (especially in peak periods).
