Meet the Stimz Magnetic Ring, designed by us to give magnetic fidgeting a completely different way to move.

You get two magnetic pieces: one has a smooth finger loop underneath, while the second is your textured moving magnet.

Slip the loop comfortably over your finger and the fun starts.

Push the textured magnet backwards and forwards. Slide it. Twist it. Lift it against the magnetic resistance and let it pull back. Rub and trace the texture.

Then try to get it all the way around.

The trick is to twist the moving magnet around your finger while keeping the magnets connected. There’s definitely a knack to it, but once you figure out the movement you can whizz it around and around, feeling the magnetic resistance and snap as you go.

And yes, we’re completely obsessed with it.

Our strongest tactile option. Lots of small raised points give extra grip against your fingers and more concentrated sensory feedback without being particularly sharp.

The ring fit

This bit is important.

Your Magnetic Ring is NOT supposed to fit like a jewellery ring.

The loop is there to comfortably anchor the fidget to your finger while you move the second magnet. It doesn’t need to sit tightly against your skin.

Choose from Small, Medium or Large.

Medium and Large will both work comfortably for many adult hands. If you prefer the loop to have a little less movement, choose Medium. If you prefer a roomier fit, choose Large.

If you’re between sizes, we’d recommend sizing up rather than choosing a tight fit.

You can also use a comfortable ring you already own as a guide by measuring straight across the inside opening and comparing it with our sizing information.

There's more than one way to fidget

You don’t have to master the full rotation to enjoy this one.

Push it backwards and forwards. Twist it from side to side. Lift and reconnect it. Rub the textures. Play against the magnetic resistance.

Or practise until you can get that moving magnet whizzing all the way around.

It’s a genuinely different hand movement and incredibly easy to keep doing once your fingers work out the knack.
