SIZING HELP
These are not standard jewellery ring sizes. The size shown is the internal diameter in mm.
34 / 20mm – larger fingers, thumbs or a looser fit
32 / 19mm – larger adult fingers
30 / 18mm – common adult size
28 / 17mm – smaller adult fingers or older children
26 / 16mm – small fingers
24 / 15mm – very small fingers
Fit is personal. Some people prefer it snug, some like it looser, and some use different sizes on different fingers.
If you’re unsure, choosing 2 sizes can help you find your favourite fit.

An oldie but a goodie lol! Spins really well!
My 8 year old loves it
Very calming
It didn’t work in quite the way I thought. The middle often pops out, but actually I love that. I can either spin it round my finger parallel to the large ring or spin the middle randomly. Then I can also pop the middle in and out. Multi use, if you like. Fiddle with this one a lot when watching tv as it’s quieter than the clickers.
So cute and comfy to wear, love the colour. Its so fun to stim and fidget with through the day

I bought the size 34 as I have large fingers and it fits great on my index finger which is perfect for spinning. I have 2 of them now and carry one on my bag and another attached to a clip on my mobile phone, so I always have it. I also bought one for my friends son, who is also, Audhd

This is fantastic for excess energy and reducing my nervous habits (when I remember to use it). Fits perfectly and moves very nicely, just the right resistance to satisfy the need for movement whilst still being quiet/discreet.
Absolutely love this, it fits perfectly on my finger and I sit spinning it round and round for ages. Would love to see it in different colours so I could match it with outfits.

Such a simple, yet brilliant idea. As a terrible skin picker, this is an ideal alternative to try and so easy to use discretely and then easily pop in pocket when not using. Rotates very smoothly.

Purchased this fidget along with two others for my partner and he absolutely loves it. Although the ring doesn’t fit his finger perfectly he still uses it since the spinning part isn’t obstructed by his finger. He uses it daily, even at work and I think it’s helping to relieve his skin picking habit. Super helpful.
I ordered the biggest size but it was too small for my partner’s thumb. Perhaps you would consider bigger sizes. Its by far his favourite stim of all 3 fidgets that i bought, he used it all day.
great quality and fast delivery
Ring doesn’t spin very well - feels more like a gyroscope fidget as the centre moves independently to the outer ring. Still good to use, but would’ve like it to spin more fluidly.
The item wasnt even able to spin. Poor quality and wont be ordering again.
