★★★★★
I absolutely loved this ring. I am a skin picker & nail biter, but just twirling or pressing the ring really grounded me & diverted my attention from picking/biting. I am gutted I lost my ring at a Premier Inn at the weekend 😭

High input, right at your fingertips.
The Spikz™ Ring is a compact, discreet way to get seriously strong sensory input exactly where you want it.
Covered in our pointed Spikz texture, the entire ring can rotate around your finger, giving you loads of different ways to use it. Roll it with your thumb, move the spikes against another finger, press around the nail beds or roll it along your skin for moving high-input sensation.
We personally like wearing it slightly higher on the finger where there’s plenty of control, but there’s no one correct way to use it. Find the position and pressure that works for you.
And because it’s tiny, it’s brilliant for discreet fidgeting. Keep your hand in your pocket and nobody needs to know you’re rolling a miniature ring of doom around your finger.
Why You’ll Love It
- Strong, high-input Spikz™ texture
- Rotates around the finger for repetitive movement
- Roll, rotate, press or trace with it
- Great for targeted nail-bed stimming
- Can be rolled gently across the skin
- Easy to control the amount of pressure yourself
- Small and discreet enough for pocket use
- Choose from a growing mix of colours
- Four internal diameter options
Choose Your Size
Sizes refer to the approximate internal diameter of the ring:
- 16mm
- 17mm
- 18mm
- 19mm
The Spikz™ Ring doesn’t need to fit like a piece of jewellery. Some people may prefer a closer fit while others will want more room for movement and rotation.
