I bought these because with the fact I have AuDHD, I skin pick and bite my nails, however I'm also giving birth within the next few days, and I bought one for each hand to use during labour to see if it helps aswell, I'm hoping it will fight pain with pain as long as I don't squeeze too hard 😂

My daughter and i love these! It’s been a game changer as she no longer bites her lips when stressed, even during exams. The spikz are an intense level but in a good way. Also i really like the handy size (perfect to go in a pocket) and wacky colours.

I love this as does my son-in-law but my 14-year-old daughter says its too sharp and shepreferes the slightly less sharp one. Delivery wasnt too long and nicely packaged. Well made and definitely worth the money - it's a little addictive if im honest!

Simple but effective wish it had a fabric wristlet type accessory not a keychain loop. But does what it says on the tin
