There are no moving parts, no clicking, and no flex - just solid texture and resistance that lets you squeeze, press, or roll for grounding and regulation.
This is the single Spikz option, so you choose one level, one size, and one carry style to suit your needs.

Stim levels (1–8)
Spikz Signature is available in Levels 1–8, with intensity increasing as the number goes up.

Most of our products are for ages 3+, however some ranges are recommended for older users — please check the product page before use.
Adult supervision is recommended for all users.

I got the number 8 one and it's the best pain stim I've found so far
Helps so much ch when I'm anxious and also when I have urges to pick my skin.
I have the level 4 and level 5 Spikz and the level 5 is my preferred one. Both give a fairly intense "pain" stim, but the level 5 feels more "even". The mini size is a good fit for my small hands and is also pocket friendly. Being able to keep my hand busy helps me to concentrate and focus, especially in online meetings at work. The "pain" feeling helps to calm me when struggling with anxiety, eg when in a busy, crowded place.

This one was spiker than I expected but really useful for grounding when I am having a panic attack or I’m in pain. I have a few pain stims with different levels of intensity and I find that having a few different ones is helpful so that I can use different ones for different things. Very happy with it! 😊

Product is great, order process took longer than expected but delivery was fast!
I bought the large and it fits perfectly in my hand, with level 7 intensity. I find it hard to describe the positive sensory impact. It is soothing and also increases the blood flow into my hand. There were some problems with the attachment for mine and that caused delays in my delivery. It would have been nice for Stimz to have told me that without me chasing, but I do appreciate they are 3D printed as required. I love the purple and black colour combination. So far, my family has order the large and medium Spikz signature, as well as Spikz Tag and Texture Pod. We've been really pleased with them all and definitely recommend them to others.
Perfect little and discreet pain stim
Love it. It gives the strong tactile feedback I want from stimming.
Some small manufacturing inconsistencies but nothing that impacted the use. Overall, they have helped greatly in minimizing skin and nail picking.
The small one is tiny and the larger one was too intense for my daughter. We filed it down a bit and it’s better now. Should have picked a lower intensity
