A rainbow, glow-in-the-dark stim bar with actual things to do on it. Three sections, three sensory outputs, one very happy hand.
The centre section is covered in firm rainbow spikes for pain stimming and grounding. It’s the same “moderate” kind of pressure as your Level 3 Spikz - enough bite to interrupt picking or give the brain something stronger to focus on, but not the brutal top levels.
One end flips on a hinge so you can open and close it in your palm. It’s brilliant for fidget loops, regulation breaks and keeping one hand busy while you scroll or work.
The other end twists so you get a spin as well as a flip. So in one tool you’ve got texture, movement and a visual stim because the rainbow filament glows in the dark.
