Omg this thing is amazing. I suffer from panic attacks and squeezing this tightly relieved so much stress and upset I was feeling during an attack. I squeezed it in my fist so tightly and Im happy to say it didnt cause damage. I would also recommend this to anyone who struggles with self harming. It can give you such a good feeling of pain.

This is the mid one. The “I need proper texture but not shred-my-hand” one.
Spikz™ Level 3 gives a firm, noticeable stim with raised spikes on a rigid, no-flex body. It’s made for people who use pain stimming or stronger tactile input to ground, ride out urges, or redirect from skin picking and nail biting. The filament changes from dark to light as it moves, so you get a bit of visual calm as well as the tactile.

How to use
Press in the palm, thumb-trace the spikes, roll it between both hands, glide over clothing, pair it with paced breathing.
Safety
Level 3 is generally ok from around age 8 upwards but always match to the person’s skin and tolerance. Not for chewing. Supervise younger users.

I like the two tone colours and the larger size for rolling rather than squeezing with the small pocket one.
I didn't know what to expect with this but I use it all the time at work and at home. It's really grounding and it's the one I use the most. I really do love it
This one I was really curious about, I wasn't sure if it would be for me but after opening it I think I'm going to get a lot of use of of it. A little soft clicky button on the end would have just been the icing on the cake 🍰
Great level of spike for me. These help me in situations when I’m anxious. I got the big one at a roadshow too but the small ones are more portable. I got 2 different colours!

It's the perfect size and very helpful to use. It's colour changing aspect is also helpful to play with just to spin. So it works as both a pain stim & a fidget.

It’s the first time I’ve used anything like it and I found it really useful to have something to focus on. An added benefit is that I used it to massage my hands and it helped relieve arthritis pain. I love this fidget!

I am a terrible skin picker! My fingers and thumbs are always red and sore so I got myself the Spikz fidget in an attempt to help with my habit, it's hasn't cured me completely but it has helped reduce my picking and chewing considerably and I love having it in my pocket for a quick squeeze if I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed. I chose moderate stim and the ghost shift option and it was a fab choice for me! I don't go anywhere without it! Really great product I love it!

I ordered one for me and one for my brother in law knowing he’d love it too (I was correct). However I lost mine so ordered two more (one for me and one as a spare). I found my original one and after using it in work two of my co workers loved them so much now I am just back to one so fingers crossed I don’t loose it. Moral of the story is that these are great and buy spares because your friends will want them too. Helped stop me picking my nails in meetings and online calls.
