Does someone need the app to scan my tag?

No. They just tap the tag with a modern phone and the support profile opens in their browser.

Is the support profile included?

Yes. Every Connect tag includes an editable support profile. You can update it anytime.

Can I use it for someone else?

Yes. You can create and manage a support profile for anyone you care for, and look after several people from one account.

What if someone does not know to tap the tag?

The tag is labelled so a helper knows to tap it, and most modern phones prompt automatically when held close. A printed QR code backup is included too, so it works even if tapping is missed.

What are Connect Alerts?

Connect Alerts are an optional subscription that notifies your emergency contact when your tag is tapped. If the person scanning chooses to share their location, that can be sent too.

Does Stimz Connect track location?

No. There is no live tracking. Location is only shared if Connect Alerts are active and the person scanning chooses to share it.

Can I link more than one tag to the same profile?

Yes. You can link multiple tags to one profile, or set up different profiles for family members.

What if my details change?

Log in, edit your profile and save. Changes update straight away.

Is it only for emergencies?

No. It can be used for everyday support too, such as communication needs, appointments, school trips, medical information, sensory support or calming strategies.

Most of our products are for ages 3+, however some ranges are recommended for older users — please check the product page before use.

Adult supervision is recommended for all users.

Not designed for chewing or biting. If the user is likely to mouth items (this can happen beyond age 3), choose a chew-safe product designed for that purpose and use close supervision.

My Stimz Box

This stretching cat phone holder is so cute! I have been using it in multiple ways. It holds my phone still when I am on video calls and I have been using it as a tripod when recording videos and taking photos. It is quite light and easy to carry around. I’m so pleased with it! 😍
